Placing an order implies the buyer’s acceptance of the following terms of sale:
Minimum data for correct manufacturing are:
Any denial or omission of any data previously shown shall void the warranty, on the understanding that it is a custom design based on specifications provided by the client, who assumes full responsibility for the manufacture of a prototype or prototypes according to their instructions.
It is also necessary to follow, without exception, all installation procedures and safety measures reflected in the safety sheet.
Quantity:
Sales of products will always be made by buyer’s order, accepted only by written means (e-mail, fax, letter, etc.), never by telephone.
A variation of +10% (minimum 1 unit) in the delivery quantity may occur.
If any material necessary for order manufacturing is missing, Maxiwatt may use, without prior notice, a material of superior quality than contracted and constructively improving the resistor's function, without price increase. Such cases are considered exceptional and will not set a precedent for future orders.
Delivery:
When shipments are made under EXW conditions, the risk of loss during transport lies with the buyer, unless the customer specifies special delivery conditions in the order. Maxiwatt will designate the means of transport and applicable conditions.
The cost of shipping parcels not accepted by our regular transport company due to size or volume will be borne by the customer.
Stock replenishment charges:
During holiday periods, orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
Shipping policy:
In shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to countries outside the EU (especially when the package passes through Russian customs), we can only be responsible up to customs. Once there, the customer must complete the necessary procedures and collect their order. Free shipping service will only be available for cartridge heaters; helicoidal resistors, 3D cartridge heaters, and hotends are not included.
If the order consists of different products, the order will be sent as soon as the entire set is ready, all will be sent in one package. It will not be divided into separate shipments.
During holiday periods, orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
Return policy:
Before initiating a return, the reason for the return must be communicated to the company. The company will then authorise the buyer to send the defective material, always prepaid, in order to carry out an inspection and determine whether the defect is due to manufacturing. If so, it will be agreed to reimburse the value of the goods and transport, or replace the goods. In case of reimbursement, the amount will be credited against future purchases.
Handled, misused, or mechanically damaged elements will not be serviced and will be kept available to the client for 30 days if they want to retrieve them.
Responsibility:
Total liability for any claim shall be limited to the price of the product or service that caused the claim.
Under no circumstances shall Resistencias Industriales Maxiwatt be responsible for the consequences of accidents or incidents (personal injuries, damage to other property, economic or financial consequences).
Change order:
The buyer must notify in writing any requested changes to product quantity, dimensions, or specifications, provided the items are not already in production. Upon receiving such notification, Maxiwatt will inform the customer of any resulting changes in order conditions, including price or delivery time, which must be approved before continuing with production.
Prices:
The prices in our rates refer to the materials whose characteristics are determined therein and in its catalog. The product price does not include transportation costs, customs duties, or any tax or fee incurred once the goods leave Maxiwatt. Applicable VAT will also be applied to the invoice.
Price and stock material availability variations may occur without prior notice.
Tools:
All tools and accessories found at Maxiwatt are company property. Maxiwatt will accept tools sent by the buyer for fulfilling their orders, provided the shipping is free of charge for Resistencias Industriales Maxiwatt. The tool will always remain the buyer's property, and Maxiwatt commits to proper use of the tool in manufacturing the products.
Materiales:
We do not use these types of materials: Tantalum, Tin, Gold, and Tungsten.
Cancellation charges:
No charge for order cancellations on stock products. Special size product orders are subject to cancellation charges depending on the manufacturing process stage at the time of cancellation.
Urgent Services:
During holiday periods or public holidays, urgent or immediate delivery services may be canceled. You will be informed of the non-acceptance as soon as possible.
Prototypes:
If the products ordered by the buyer are based on a prototype, there are no guarantees covering the product because the buyer has the duty to test the prototype before the production and application of the product, due to possible modifications to the prototype, material, and assembly.
Warranty:
Maxiwatt guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of supply, provided correct application, use, and maintenance of the product have been carried out; not to be confused with the service life of the heater, which can range from minutes to years.
Elements intended for immersion in aggressive waters, fluids, and chemical solutions are not guaranteed against corrosion or other defects. Maxiwatt does not guarantee any product against damage caused by corrosion or other defects of this origin.
During long storage or inactivity periods, heating elements may absorb moisture that temporarily reduces the electrical insulation value, which can be recovered with a prior connection or drying.
The warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective element.
Jurisdiction:
The validity, interpretation, and compliance of this agreement and/or order and any related dispute shall be subject to the courts of Alicante with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
