  • It is necessary to use goggles, safety gloves, and clothing suitable for high temperatures.

Installation

  • Indicate hot surface warning with symbols.
  • Store in as dry a place as possible.
  • Disconnect total power from the machine or mould.
  • Check that the machine or mould is at room temperature.
  • Insertion without any type of anti-seize paste.
  • Holes with H7 tolerance only.
  • Attach control and cut-off systems (thermocouples and regulators).
  • Insertion of 100% of the cartridge sheath length.
  • Do not insert the connection cable inside the hole.
  • Protect cables and cartridge connection entry from impacts, splashes, and excess material.
  • Do not lift or carry the heater by the cable.
  • Keep the cable away from and protected from the heat source.
  • Do not repair damaged cables. Replace them with new ones identical to the originals.
  • Indicate and submit in writing the working conditions (vibration, shocks, humid environments) before order acceptance.
  • Never leave running without qualified human presence.
  • All exposed parts are mandatory for the safety of persons and property.
