Cartridge-Heaters Maxiwatt applies the following European Directives in system design and production of cartridge heaters:

• Decision Nº 768/2008/CE "on the commercialization of the products."
• Regulation (CE) Nº 1907/2006 (REACH) "on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment."
• Directive 2014/35/UE "on the commercialization of electrical material."
• Directive 2006/42/CE "on the machines."
• Delegated Directive 2015/863/UE "on restricted substances."
• Decision Nº 2023/3727/EC "on harmonized standards for electrical equipment in support of Directive 2014/35/EU."

In addition, at your request, we apply the UL and CSA rules, for the American and Canadian market
